Why Rubberwood for our wooden toys:
Many of our products are made from carefully selected, treated and seasoned rubber wood, which is an un-endangered and renewable source of timber cultivated on plantations in Sri Lankan and Thailand. Primarily rubber wood trees are used for producing latex used in the production of rubber. After approx 20 years the latex production tails of and the timber from these mature trees can then be used for producing furniture and wooden toys etc. Plantation rubber wood gives our wooden toys the natural beauty of wood patterns, while leaving unharmed natural forests.
